Bizarre Bangalore weather

It is bizarre weather out here in Bangalore. It is winter now, so evenings and nights are understandably cool and even cold. But strangely, late mornings and afternoons are not just warm but actually hot. One doesn't find this amount of variation in climate in north India.

I have a feeling that this sort of weather is not good for our health. And not surprisingly, many people are falling ill, because their system is not able to take in the wide fluctuation in temperature.

In this sort of situation, it is extremely important to keep our body fit as a fiddle, with good and timely food and proper exercise. It will also be a good idea to have regular vitamin supplements especially B and C, just to make up for the shortfall in our normal daily diet.

Also it's important to wear adequate winter clothing and make sure our body is not exposed suddenly to extremes of climate suddenly. For example, after having a hot water bath one should not expose oneself to cold suddenly. Come out the bathroom fully covered.
