There is still difficulty in accessing blogs, inspite of the Department of Telecommunication's clear note to the ISPs to block only the offensive websites.
The DoT, according to a press release, is also asking the ISPs why action should not be taken against them for blocking access altogether. There seems to be complete confusion over this issue.

any news updates from India.So I was little taken aback by the news.
Blogs are the drains for amatuer writers.Hope they lift the ban soon.
